Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Portugal captain, Cristiano Ronaldo, has urged his teammates to remain focused in the pursuit of their goal at the ongoing 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.<\/p>\n

Ronaldo made the demand following Portugal\u2019s World Cup 3-2 win over the Black Stars of Ghana on Thursday evening.<\/p>\n

Recall that three goals from Cristiano Ronaldo, Joao Felix, and Rafael Leao gave Portugal the victory over Ghana.<\/p>\n

Andre Ayew and Osman Bukari did score for the West African giants.<\/p>\n

In a post via his Instagram account after the game, Ronaldo wrote, \u201cVery important win on our World Cup debut, but nothing is gained! It was just the first step!<\/p>\n

\u201cWe remain focused in pursuit of our goals. Go Portugal!<\/p>\n

Ronaldo will now hope to lead Portugal to victory when they face Uruguay in their next World Cup tie on Monday.<\/p>\n
