The Promise Keepers picked up the first win in the Nigeria Premier Football League this season after thrashing their hosts Nasarawa United 3-0 on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Ayeni\u2019s side started the season on a disappointing note going down to a 2-0 defeat at home to Bendel Insurance.<\/p>\n

The Uyo club moved to third position in the log following yesterday\u2019s victory.<\/p>\n

\u201cNigeria league has got to a level at which if you prepare physically and mentally well, you can go anywhere and get your points,\u201d he told the club\u2019s media.<\/p>\n
