Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>The Coalition of South East Youth Leaders, COSEYL, has called on the aggrieved Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, governors, known as the G-5 to endorse the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi for the coming election.<\/p>\n

The coalition appealed to the Governors namely; Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, Samuel Ortom of Benue State, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State, Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State and the Oyo State governor, Seyi Makinde, to \u2018write their names in gold\u2019 by endorsing Obi.<\/p>\n

The appeal was contained in a statement issued by the President-General of the coalition, Goodluck Ibem.<\/p>\n

\u201cGovernor Nyesom Wike, the leader of the G-5 governors, owes Nigerians a huge responsibility, having severally said the truth on the state of the nation and doing things for the betterment of the country.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is therefore on Governor Wike and members of the G5 Governors to support Peter Obi who is competent and has the capacity to deliver\u201d, the statement added.<\/p>\n
