Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Chelsea manager, Graham Potter has said there will be some awkward conversations as he tries to build a squad following their massive spending spree in January.<\/p>\n

Potter now has players has nearly \u00a3300million worth of January signings at his disposal.<\/p>\n

The former Brighton manager has admitted he didn\u2019t get involved in the \u201cnitty gritty\u201d of the eight new players.<\/p>\n

Although Potter is not complaining about the talent available to him, he knows it would be a challenge to blend them into a unit.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have a lot of good players, we need healthy competition but there will be frustration at times, that\u2019s how it is.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere will be a few awkward questions and conversations because only 11 can play and you can only have a certain amount in your match-day squad,\u201d Potter told a news conference.<\/p>\n
