Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>The Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo has declared that the President-elect, Bola Tinubu is hale and hearty.<\/p>\n

Keyamo made the remark while noting that Tinubu travelled abroad to rest.<\/p>\n

He was reacting to reports that Tinubu was sick and rushed abroad for medical treatment.<\/p>\n

It was reported that the President-elect was rushed to Paris for an urgent medical attention.<\/p>\n

However, Keyamo said those still nursing their wounds from the defeat of the presidential election were behind the rumour.<\/p>\n

In a terse statement, Keyamo said: \u201cPlease help us tell those flying the news around that the election has ended.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat they are doing now is campaigning after the election. They should leave Asiwaju alone. He deserves some rest after the election.\u201d<\/p>\n

Keyamo also disclosed that he could not confirm if Tinubu traveled abroad for vacation.<\/p>\n

\u201cI cannot confirm. But all I can tell you is that Asiwaju is hale and hearty,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
