Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Former lawmaker and social critic, Senator Shehu Sani has thrown subtle jabs at the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, for allegedly being fearful of the Labour Party, LP.<\/p>\n

Referring to LP as \u201cpeople wey de throw rocks\u201d, Sani claimed that the APC is seemingly more comfortable with the non-virulent style of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, which he described as \u201cice cream\u201d.<\/p>\n

His statement is contained in a post via his verified Twitter handle on Monday.<\/p>\n

Recall that the APC and LP had been on each other\u2019s neck, a development which is yet to abate, even with the declaration of Bola Tinubu as the president-elect.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Sani claimed that APC is fearful of attacks by the opposition.<\/p>\n

He wrote, \u201cThe Governing party is more comfortable with the style of our party, where they will throw pizza at us and we will throw back Ice cream at them; and when we meet at events, we exchange toothpicks.<\/p>\n
