Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Gombe United head coach, Aliyu Zubairu has called for fans\u2019 support ahead of their final home game at the Pantami Township Stadium.<\/p>\n

The Savannah Scorpions have already secured their top-flight status.<\/p>\n

The club is also through to the Round of 16 of the Federation Cup.<\/p>\n

Zubairu opined that with the maximum support from the fans, his players can continue to improve on their target.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe need the fans at our final home game,\u201d he told DAILY POST.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have fought really hard to get here all through the season, and we know we are almost there in the Federation Cup, but we can\u2019t do it without their support that\u2019s why we need them to be behind us all through thick and thin.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Federation Cup is in our reach so we need them to continue to push us in winning it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Gombe United are yet to know their next opponent in the Federation Cup after beating Mighty Jets in the Round of 32.<\/p>\n
