Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Plateau United head coach, Fidelis Ilechwuku, has praised the Interim Management Committee and referees committee for bringing sanity to the league.<\/p>\n

The former MFM gaffer believes that the referees had an impressive season with their onfield display.<\/p>\n

He stressed that the referees can build on the positives of the concluded NPL regular season and improve next term.<\/p>\n

\u201cI must give credit to the NFF Referees Committee and Interim Management Company (IMC) for bringing sanity to Nigerian football,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn terms of officiating, many referees have done better this season.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ilechukwu\u2019s Plateau United missed out on the NPFL Super Six playoff.<\/p>\n

The Peace Boys also lost out to Rangers in the semi-final of the Federation Cup.<\/p>\n
