Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode has alleged that the embattled former governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Mr Godwin Emefiele is the \u201cgreatest sponsor of terrorism\u201d.<\/p>\n

The All Progressives Congress, APC chieftain stated this in a tweet, while reacting to the arrest of the suspended CBN governor.<\/p>\n

Emefiele was arrested on Saturday morning by operatives of the Department of State Services, DSS in Lagos and flew to Abuja for interrogations.<\/p>\n

Reacting to the arrest, FFK expressed hope that the CBN\u2019s former boss would name those he worked for, saying Emefiele will not go down alone.<\/p>\n

He wrote, \u201cI commend the DSS for their swift action and professionalism. This is another first for them and a refreshing and encouraging display of heroic, courageous and decisive leadership by our new president.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe DSS now have in their custody Nigeria\u2019s greatest sponsor of terrorism and most ardent promoter of secession, a heartless crook and bloodthirsty and sadistic war criminal and a man who tried to subvert the democratic process on the orders of his co-conspirators and sponsors.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have no doubt that he will spill the beans and name many names once the interrogation begins. He will not go down alone: those he worked and fronted for will go down with him.\u201d<\/p>\n
