Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Famous Nigerian investigative journalist, David Hundeyin, has been detained at Harare Airport, in Zimbabwe.<\/p>\n

The controversial journalist announced this via his verified Twitter handle on Wednesday night.<\/p>\n

He said the officials detained him for entering the country without a visa.<\/p>\n

According to him, they said his nationality is still Nigerian, despite \u201cusing the travel document of a country with a visa-free relationship.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hundeyin said his \u201creturn flight to Addis has been rescheduled for tonight,\u201d adding that he is \u201cready to hop on my flight and never come back to Zimbabwe for the rest of my life.\u201d<\/p>\n

In an update shared under his initial thread, the fugitive said he has \u201cbeen allowed to use the loo for the first time in 10 hours, and I\u2019ve been assured that I will be allowed to catch my exit flight.\u201d<\/p>\n
