Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>A former Deputy Chairman of Bende Local Government Area and a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Abia State, Hon Promise Uzoma Okoro has said there is nothing significant to celebrate in the 100 days in office of Governor Alex Otti.<\/p>\n

Addressing journalists on Tuesday in Umuahia, the Abia State Capital, Okoro said the present administration in Abia had inflicted so much pain on the people.<\/p>\n

He claimed that, \u201cOtti\u2019s 100 days in office so far represents 100 days in hell.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to him, \u201cGovernor Alex Otti has nothing to justify the billions of Naira received so far from the Federal Government within three months; there is no single project commenced and completed by the Governor\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe 50 metres road in Aba, which the Governor propagated on social media, has not been completed as at today.\u201d<\/p>\n

The PDP chieftain said the only project successfully completed by Governor Alex Otti is blaming his predecessor and sacking of civil servants.<\/p>\n

\u201cGovernor Alex Otti is fighting the executive waiver granted to workers by the former Governor Okezie Ikpeazu but at the same time, the same man via an executive waiver employed as Accountant General, Njum Onyemenam; who is deceiving who?<\/p>\n

\u201cTill date, there are still staff of the Abia State civil service who have not been paid for three months due to one reason or the other by the \u2018imported\u2019 Accountant General.<\/p>\n

\u201cWithin three months, Abians have seen Dr Alex Otti for whom he is; we warned them during the campaigns but they refused to listen,\u201d Okoro stated.<\/p>\n

He called on Abians to continue to pray for God to deliver the State from the present predicament occasioned by the Labour Party-led government.<\/p>\n
