Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Fisayo Dele-Bashiru says he will give his best for the Super Eagles following his maiden invitation to the team.<\/p>\n

The midfielder has been included in Nigeria\u2019s squad for the upcoming friendlies against Saudi Arabia and Mozambique.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s the first time the 22-year-old has been called up by the three-time African champions.<\/p>\n

Dele-Bashiru has been in fine form for Turkish Super Lig club, Hatyspor this season, with four goals and two assists to his name.<\/p>\n

The player expressed excitement on the invitation and stated that he wants to play for the people of Nigeria.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am very happy and excited to receive an invitation from the Nigerian National Team. I\u2019ll go there and do my best. I will play for the Nigerian people,\u201d he told Turkish news outlet, Hurriyet.<\/p>\n

The Super Eagles will take on Saudi Arabia in Portimao, Portugal, on Friday, October 13.<\/p>\n

The second friendly against Mozambique will also take place in Portimao three days later.<\/p>\n
