Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Governor Dikko Radda of Katsina State said his government has identified some traditional rulers aiding banditry.<\/p>\n

He said this during a media chat in Abuja, revealing that efforts are in top gear to curb criminal activities and insisting that he would not negotiate with bandits or criminals.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs I speak to you, there are some traditional rulers that have been identified, and those ones are already under scrutiny. We are not sparing anyone. I\u2019m telling you that even my commissioners or anybody found to be involved in any criminal activity won\u2019t be spared,\u201d Radda said.<\/p>\n

The governor, who decried the incessant attacks on residents of the state, said his administration is trying to curb the menace.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are trying as much as possible to see how we can gather a lot of information, together with the intelligence we are getting from the DSS, so we can arrest and prosecute those found wanting,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
