Africa-Press – Rwanda. Two Rwandans Inspector of Police (IP) Vedaste Nsabimana and IP Gaston Gatsinzi graduated from the Turkish Police Academy on Wednesday, July 23.
Nsabimana finished first in the class and received an award from Türkiye President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
The graduation ceremony was also attended by Rwanda’s Ambassador to Turkey Charles Kayonga.
