Africa-Press – Rwanda. Rayon Sports’ woes continued as they suffered a 1-0 loss at the hands of Police FC in Rwanda Premier Legaue held at Kigali Pele Stadium on Thursday, October 2.
Skipper Eric ‘Zidane’ Nsabimana netted the only goal in the 21st minute to secure three points which put Ben Mousa’s side at the top of the table with six points.
Police’s bright start to the season signals Mousa’s ambitions to succeed where his predecessors failed by delivering the title to the club which has never won it before.
Nsabimana was named the player of the match and took home a cash prize of Rwf100,000.
Rayon Sports return to action on Sunday, October 5 when they face Gasogi United at Kigali Pele Stadium while Police FC will visit AS Muhanga.
