Africa-Press – Rwanda. Rayon Sports Women’s Football Club have confirmed the signing of striker Florence Imanizabayo from AS Kigali.
The Blues revealed that the nimble footed attacker has appended her signature to a one-year deal.
“We are pleased to announce the signing of talented striker Imanizabayo Florence from AS Kigali on a one-year deal,” an official tweet from the club emphasized on Wednesday, October 26.
Rayon Sports Women will play in the Rwandan Female second division for the 2022/23 season and they hope to lift the title.
Imanizabayo played a key role in the 2021/2022 season as AS Kigali lifted the Rwandan women top flight league for a record 9th time.
She scored on the final day of the 2021/2022 season in AS Kigali’s 4-0 win over ES Mutunda.
