Africa-Press – Rwanda. Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB) has opened investigations into the case of Bertrand Nkulikiyimana, who is being accused of battery and assault by his wife.
Nkulikiyimana is the Managing Director of Akenes and Kernels Ltd, a Rwandan company engaged in agribusiness popularly known for investing in Chia seeds.
According to RIB spokesperson Thierry Murangira, the investigation is ongoing.
“On April 3, the victim filed a complaint at Kicukiro RIB station, and an investigation into the case was initiated,” he says
Murangira urged the public to avoid speculations about the case and wait for the outcome of the investigations.
