Africa-Press – Rwanda. President Paul Kagame has promoted Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Rose Muhisoni to the rank of Deputy Commissioner General of Prisons (DCGP). DCGP Muhisoni previously served as the Deputy Commissioner for Community Policing.
She was appointed the Deputy Commissioner General of Rwanda Correctional Service (RCS) recently in October replacing Jeanne Chantal Ujeneza who recently moved to Rwanda National Police (RNP) as the Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIGP) in charge of Administration and Finance in April 2021. ACP Rose Muhisoni has been promoted to the rank of Deputy Commissioner General of Prisons.
