Etoile de l’Est welcome Amagaju FC in Saturday’s Top Four mini league clash at Ngoma Stadium as the second division rivals resume battle for Rwanda Premier League promotion.
The pair are regarded as favorites to win the topflight promotion after impressive performance in their respective group stage campaign and quarter finals playoffs.
Etoile qualified to the mini league after eliminating Intare FC on a 7-1 aggregate score while Amagaju beat Muhanga 2-1 after two legs to advance to the decisive stage.
Elsewhere, crisis-hit Gicumbi FC host Vision FC at Gicumbi stadium in another crucial mini league encounter on Saturday.
On the side, four teams that finished in the bottom two from the second division group stages also begin battle for third tier relegation safety. Impeesa host Gasabo United while ASPOR FC visit Esperance FC.
The top two teams in Big Four mini league will play top flight football next season while two teams that will finish in the second division relegation playoffs will drop to the newly-established third tier league.
