Africa-Press – Rwanda. Rwandan topflight side Mukura Victory Sport will soon announce the signing of Burundian midfielder Gerard Ndayongeje after he agreed to join the Huye-based club.
The Vital’O skipper had a wonderful 2022/23 season after which he helped the club to finish in fourth position in the Burundian topflight league with 54 points.
Times Sport understands that Ndayongeje has already arrived in Huye, the club’s home base, to finalize the deal where he is expected to put pen to paper on a two-year deal.
He will be expected to bring stability to the club’s midfield department as they hope to challenge APR and other big guns for the league title next season.
Ndayongeje will become the first signing of the club which is also said to be in Ghana looking for a striker.
