Africa-Press – Rwanda. Forward Youssef Rharb has been ruled out Rayon Sports’ trip to Libya ahead of Friday’s CAF Confederation Cup second round first leg encounter against Al Hilal Benghazi.
Head coach Yamen Zelfani initially included Youssef in his 22-man squad traveling for Benghazi on Tuesday, September 12, before the Moroccan sustained an injury when the Blues defeated Kiyovu 3-0 in the final of RNIT Tournament on Friday, September 8.
“He will be sidelined for two weeks. We hope he will be available in time to play the second leg in Kigali,” Rayon Sports’ Secretary General Patrick Namenye told Times Sport.

Youssef is one of Rayon’s key players and his absence in Benghazi could be a big blow for the Blues as he knows the North African terrain very well.
Zelfani picked Francois Mugisha to replace the injured forward, a day after he was dropped from the traveling squad announced on Monday.
