Africa-Press – Rwanda. President Paul Kagame has appointed Alphonsine Mirembe as the new Deputy Director of Cabinet in the Office of the President.
Her appointment was confirmed in a statement issued by Prime Minister Edouard Ngirente, on Friday, September 13.
Mirembe replaces Juliana Muganza, who was appointed deputy Chief Executive Office of Rwanda Development Board on Thursday.
Mirembe has previously served as Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs in the Prime Minister’s Office, among other duties.
