He was unveiled at the club\u2019s headquarters in Kicukiro on Thursday, July 3.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining Rayon Sports, Chelly previously played for Sfax Railway Sport between 2018 and 2021 before joining Oce\u0301ano Club de Kerkennah from 2022 and 2025. Both teams play in the Tunisian second tier league. He has also played for Tunisia U23.<\/p>\n<p>Chelly becomes the latest Blues signing, joining the likes of Burundian midfielder Gloire Tambwe, left back Prince Michel Musore, center back Chris Rushema who joined from Mukura VS. The club is also said to have agreed to signing Malian goalkeeper Drissa Kouyate.<\/p>\n<p>Rayon Sports will represent Rwanda in the CAF Confederation Cup.
