Africa-Press – Rwanda. <\/strong><\/span>Rayon Sports new striker Asman Ndikumana was all but happy to score on his Rwanda Premier League debut and warned rivals that he is just getting started.<\/p>\n

Ndikumana, 26, scored a brace to help Rayon Sports bag the first three points of the league campaign following Saturday\u2019s 2-0 win over traditional rivals Kiyovu SC at Kigali Pele Stadium.<\/p>\n

“It’s an incredible feeling. I came here to score goals so to get the two goals in my first game comes with a great feeling,\u201d the Burundian told the press in a post-match interview.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it was an extra bit of confidence. Coming to a place like this, you need confidence and belief.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ndikumana was full of praise for Gloire Tambwe and Aziz Bassane who assisted him for the two goals who saw him introduce himself to the league on a bright note.<\/p>\n

“For the second goal, Aziz (Bassane) did wonderful job. It’s right up there with my favourite goals and it means a lot to me. Obviously, the league is so long but I am here to give my all,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cPlayers have helped me settle in because we are together all the time. I know Rayon is good team so hopefully I can continue growing.”<\/p>\n

Rayon return to action against Police FC on October 2 at Kigali Pele Stadium.<\/p>\n
