Africa-Press – Rwanda. <\/strong><\/span>Rwanda international striker Innocent Nshuti has pledged to keep scoring and helping his team after coming off the bench to net a brace in ES Zarzis\u2019 3-0 victory over Olympique Be\u0301ja on Sunday, October 26 in the Tunisian Ligue 1.<\/p>\n

Nshuti, who was introduced in the 62nd minute, made an immediate impact, finding the back of the net just a minute later before doubling his tally in the 73rd minute. His two goals sealed an emphatic win for ES Zarzis and brought his personal tally to five goals in ten games this season.<\/p>\n

\u201cScoring two goals means a lot to me,\u201d Nshuti said after the match. \u201cI want to keep working hard to score as many goals as possible. This performance gives me great motivation to stay consistent and keep improving so I can help both my team and myself.\u201d<\/p>\n

The win lifted Espe\u0301rance Sportive de Zarzis to fourth place in the Tunisian Ligue 1 standings with 20 points.<\/p>\n

Interestingly, Nshuti\u2019s brace came against a side featuring his compatriot Anicet Ishimwe, who plays for Olympique Be\u0301ja.<\/p>\n

In the CAF Confederation Cup, Nairobi United, home to Prince Buregeya, advanced to the group stage after edging ES Sahel of Tunisia 7-6 on penalties. Despite losing 2-0 in the return leg, their earlier 2-0 win levelled the tie. Buregeya was on the substitutes\u2019 bench for the match.<\/p>\n

Libya:<\/b><\/p>\n

Al Ahli Tripoli, home to Thierry Manzi and Djihad Bizimana, drew 1-1 with RS Berkane of Morocco in the first leg of the CAF Champions League second qualifying round.<\/p>\n

In the Belgian First Division, Hakim Sahabo\u2019s Standard de Lie\u0300ge suffered a 4-0 defeat to Gent. Sahabo started the match but was substituted at halftime. Standard Liege currently sit 12th in the league and will next face SK Beveren on Thursday.<\/p>\n

In the Azerbaijani Premier League, Ange Mutsinzi helped Zira FK secure a 1-0 win over Sumgayit. The defender played the full 90 minutes as Zira climbed to third place. They will next face Karvan on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Emmanuel Manishimwe\u2019s AEL Limassol defeated Digenis Ipsona 1-0 in the Cypriot Premier League. The Amavubi defender played the entire match. AEL are eighth in the table and will next meet Pafos on Sunday.<\/p>\n

United States:<\/b><\/p>\n

In the USL Championship, Jojea Kwizera\u2019s Rhode Island FC fell 2-1 to New Mexico United. Kwizera started and was substituted in the 77th minute.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Phanuel Kavita\u2019s Birmingham Legion FC also lost 2-1 to Charleston Battery on Saturday.<\/p>\n
