We created many chances and played with patience. I told my players that big games like this need focus and confidence,\u201d said Taleb.<\/p>\n<p>While delighted by the victory, Taleb emphasized the need for continued discipline and consistency.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOf course I am happy for the win, but we need to remain focused for the next matches. The league is tough, but we have to be positive and look for more wins. We need to take every game seriously, not just Rayon.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Moroccan tactician was taking charge of his first derby since being appointed in June, a match that came amid growing pressure following a run of unconvincing results. The victory, he said, was a morale booster for both players and fans.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBeating a team like Rayon Sports brings more confidence. Derbies are always difficult, but if you prepare well, you can win easily \u2014 and that\u2019s what happened.
