Africa-Press – Rwanda. <\/strong><\/span>Continental HR company ITM Africa has officially opened its new office in Rwanda, after close to a decade of supporting workforce development and connecting talent to opportunity.<\/p>\n

The launch took place on March 19 at the company\u2019s new premises in Nyarutarama, bringing together partners, clients, and government officials.<\/p>\n

ITM Africa, which is part of ITM Holding under the broader ITM Group, stated the new office reflects its long-term commitment to developing human capital in Rwanda and strengthening its growing presence across the continent.<\/p>\n

A decade of connecting talent to opportunity<\/p>\n

Over the past years, ITM Africa has built a strong reputation as a trusted partner for organisations or entities looking for professional human resource services.<\/p>\n

These services include recruitment, staff outsourcing, HR consultancy, training, employer-of-record solutions and the newly added event management services. Through these services, the company has helped businesses find the right talent while also helping thousands of Rwandans access job opportunities.<\/p>\n

According to the company’s track record, more than 5,000 professionals have been placed in different sectors over the years. These include both local and international companies operating in Rwanda. By matching skills with market needs, ITM Africa has played a key role in supporting business growth and improving employment opportunities, as per its management.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the Inauguration, Sandra Karugu, Managing Director of ITM Africa Ltd said the new office represents more than just expansion.<\/p>\n

She explained that it reflects the company\u2019s deep roots in Rwanda and its confidence in the country\u2019s future.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis new office is more than just a physical space; it is a symbol of ITM Africa\u2019s footprint and our belief in Rwanda\u2019s potential,\u201d said Karugu. \u201cFor nine years, we have worked to connect talent with opportunity, build capacity, and promote sustainable employment.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis Inauguration represents our renewed commitment to serve clients with excellence and empower more Rwandans through meaningful work,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

Public-private partnerships key to skills development, job creation<\/p>\n

It is worth noting the critical role of public-private partnerships in driving job creation and strengthening workforce skills.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs a ministry, our priority remains to create sustainable, decent, and productive employment for all Rwandans, particularly for young people entering an evolving labour market,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cAchieving this ambition requires strong collaboration between the public sector and private actors who share a vision for inclusive growth.\u201d<\/p>\n

He noted that institutions like ITM Africa play a key role in this ecosystem. By offering recruitment, training, and capacity-building services, the company helps improve employability and ensures that workers have skills that match the needs of today\u2019s economy.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese efforts support the Ministry\u2019s ongoing programmes to build a skilled and competitive workforce that can drive Rwanda\u2019s sustainable development,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
