Marines FC will host AS Kigali on April 17 at Umuganda Stadium in a pivotal Rwanda Premier League encounter, with both sides eager to avoid dropping points.<\/p>\n

Following their recent competitive meetings in the Peace Cup, this fixture carries added significance as both teams aim to secure a stronger position on the league table.<\/p>\n

Marines currently sit in a relatively comfortable eighth place with 34 points, while AS Kigali have endured a difficult campaign.<\/p>\n

Head coach Yves Rwasamanzi has played a key role in guiding Marines\u2019 recent form, with league top scorer Taiba Mbonyumwami leading the attack.<\/p>\n

AS Kigali could be their next victim, and Rwasamanzi is confident his team can claim maximum points.<\/p>\n

\u201cSince the start of the league, we have shown our quality, especially at home, so we must maintain that mindset and aim to secure all three points,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWinning builds confidence in the players, and I believe everyone is eager to showcase their ability.\u201d<\/p>\n

AS Kigali, currently 14th with 25 points\u2014just four points above the relegation zone\u2014travel to Rubavu knowing that nothing less than victory will ease their survival concerns.<\/p>\n

Musanze FC Vs Amagaju FC<\/p>\n

Amagaju FC will visit 10th-placed Musanze FC at Ubworoherane Stadium in what promises to be a high-stakes clash for both sides.<\/p>\n

Amagaju, who sit 15th on the table, are looking to bounce back after a recent defeat to Al-Hilal SC, while Musanze aim to avoid further dropped points.<\/p>\n

Musanze FC have dominated recent home meetings between the two sides, including a 3-0 win on September 21, 2024. Their latest encounter in November 2025 also ended in a 2-0 victory for the Northern Province-based club.<\/p>\n

Head coach Emmanuel Ruremesha remains focused on securing a win to keep their top-six ambitions alive.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have targets as a club, so we need to collect as many points as possible. We want to finish in the top six, and we are pushing hard to secure points against Amagaju,\u201d Ruremesha said.<\/p>\n

Both teams will be desperate to climb the table as the season enters a critical phase.<\/p>\n

Gasogi United Vs Gorilla FC<\/p>\n

Gasogi United will host Gorilla FC at Kigali Pele Stadium, with both teams aiming to improve their league standings.<\/p>\n

In their last six meetings, Gasogi United have had the upper hand, winning three matches, drawing twice, and losing once.<\/p>\n

The two sides last met on January 12, when Gasogi United secured a 2-1 victory.<\/p>\n

Their encounters have often been closely contested, including a 2-2 draw during the 2024\u201325 season, suggesting another tight battle could be on the cards.<\/p>\n
