was postponed twice due to Covid-19 Pandemic, it finally happened in Kigali from June 19 to 25, and has been described as a success, at least by those who attended.<\/p>\n<p>In four forums; People\u2019s, Youth\u2019s, Women\u2019s and Business, together with other side and social events, more than 4,000 people from all over the Commonwealth nations were in Kigali.<\/p>\n\r\n
