Africa-Press – Rwanda. <\/strong><\/span>Rwanda Energy Group women basketball club take on KPA of Kenya in the second game of the ongoing Africa Zone Five Club Championship this evening in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.<\/p>\n

The match gets underway at 3pm at the Benjamin Mkapa Indoor Stadium.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, REG defeated Young Sisters of Burundi 65-54 in their first game in Dar es Salaam.<\/p>\n

In an interview with Times Sport, REG coach Esperance Mukaneza acknowledged the strength of KPA but declared the team’s ambition to win every game in the Africa Zone Five Club Championship.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are ready to give all we have. We want to finish unbeaten in the Africa Zone Five Club Championship, and it is possible\u201d, she said<\/p>\n

In the last game, Feza Ebengo was one of the key performers for REG, registering 16 points and 10 rebounds.<\/p>\n

With the top team assured of a ticket to the FIBA Africa Champions Cup for Women, it will be a tight duel as it will be competitive.<\/p>\n
