Africa-Press – Rwanda. <\/strong><\/span>Are you a resident of Rusororo sector or just a passer-by and you own a vehicle? Do you often miss a station where you can fuel from? Well, VIVO Energy has got you covered. As part of its growth agenda, the oil-marketing company has opened the first ever service station in the area.<\/p>\n

Rusororo was strategically chosen as one of the Kigali locations in a growing area connecting different potential zones dominated by commercial, residential and social activities.<\/p>\n

It stands on the main road connecting Mulindi center to other mixed activities with fuel consumption opportunities from all kinds of vehicles starting from motorbike and light to heavy cars are expected.<\/p>\n

Visiting the station, The New Times observed three long pumps with two fueling positions in each row, meaning that a row can serve six vehicles at a time.<\/p>\n

With high-capacity tanks, the pumps also have a flow rate of 60 litres per minute and that is to mean one litre per second. The station is also built with a shop nearby and a service center to provide customers with quality products and service they deserve.<\/p>\n

The Managing Director of VIVO Energy Rwanda, Saibou Coulibaly said that the expansion of their retail networks aims at providing unique and memorable service to the customers.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are still growing and moving to more strategic places, but all with a purpose of providing unique and memorable service to our customers,\u201d he said while delivering remarks at the launch of the new petrol station.<\/p>\n

He added that customers will also be at the center of the business: \u201cOur focus has and will always be to leave a unique experience to anyone who will interact with the Engen brand, we want to bring our customer promise, \u2018with us you are number one\u2019 to life,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Apart from this station, VIVO Energy was also the first oil-marketing company to open a station in Kibagabaga cell and Bugarama station (Rusizi district) one month ago.<\/p>\n

Vivo Energy operates and markets 2,400 service stations in 23 countries across Africa. The Company employs around 2,700 people and has access to over 1,000,000 cubic metres of fuel storage capacity.<\/p>\n
