Men Police 25-23 APR Women Kiziguro 39-33 Falcons Police handball club continued their impressive form at the weekend after beating rivals APR 25-23 to clinch this year\u2019s Coupe du Rwanda title at Amahoro Stadium.<\/p>\n

The law enforcers\u2019 side won the competition unbeaten; from the group stage through the semi-finals. It is the second trophy Police have claimed within weeks after the Beach Handball tournament held in Rubavu, on the shores of Lake Kivu, last month.<\/p>\n

Meantime, Kiziguro SS won the Coupe du Rwanda title in women’s category after seeing off the Falcons 39-33 in the final. According to the Rwanda Handball Federation, the competition was a good avenue for players to prepare for the 25th African men\u2019s handball championship. Morocco will host the continental tourney in January 2022.<\/p>\n
