The statement entailed outcomes of the AU summit on the ongoing eastern DRC crisis and what, if any, confidence they have in regional troops to observe the implementation of the ceasefire. The statement also implicitly implied that in the best interests of Rwanda\u2019s security, defensive and preventative measures will be taken to guard against violation of Rwanda\u2019s airspace and borders.<\/p>\n
