Africa-Press – Rwanda. <\/strong><\/span>President Paul Kagame of Rwanda also the Chair-in-Office of the Commonwealth of Nations is in London, UK where he joined His Majesty King Charles III including leaders from across the Commonwealth and Secretary General Rt Hon Patricia Scotland for the Commonwealth Leaders Meeting.<\/p>\n

According to details some 100 heads of state will be in London for the ceremony tomorrow, with international representatives from 203 countries due to attend.<\/p>\n

King Charles III and Queen Camilla are hosting VIPs including foreign royals, world leaders and other overseas dignitaries at Buckingham Palace tonight ahead of tomorrow\u2019s historic Coronation at Westminster Abbey.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, earlier in the day, King and the Prince and Princess of Wales thrilled royal fans at The Mall as they made a surprise appearance to greet well-wishers less than 24 hours before the coronation.<\/p>\n

People cheered and could be heard shouting \u2018God Save the King\u2019 as the senior figures of the monarchy arrived to shake hands with well-wishers.<\/p>\n

Some influential leaders that have arrived in London for King Charles III coronation include; Queen Letizia of Spain, France\u2019s President Emmanuel Macron, the Presidents of Germany and Italy, Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Sergio Mattarella, and Pakistan\u2019s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will be among those in Westminster Abbey.<\/p>\n

Chinese Vice-President Han Zheng, who presided over a civil liberties crackdown in Hong Kong, is also on the King\u2019s guest list, a move described as \u2018outrageous\u2019 by Conservative MPs.<\/p>\n

The Chinese politician, who has been blamed for overseeing a crackdown on freedom in Hong Kong, was recently appointed as President Xi Jinping\u2019s deputy and is set to represent China at the royal event on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Jill Biden is representing her husband, US President Joe Biden. Earlier, Charles met leaders from the Commonwealth of Nations, the voluntary associations of 56 countries which he also heads, and held a lunch for prime ministers and royal representatives from the 14 other realms where he is head of state, including Australia and Canada.<\/p>\n
