Africa-Press – Rwanda. <\/strong><\/span>The Kigali lifestyle of partying and hosting big artistes in town is steadily returning after thousands of music lovers gathered at Kigali Arena for the Kigali Fiesta show, which saw Nigerian afro-beat star Omah Lay thrill his audience.<\/p>\n

The show was hyped by many music lovers that tickets sold out a day to the show.<\/p>\n

Omah Lay who is best known for hits like \u2018Bad Influence’, \u2018You\u2019 and \u2018Infinity, won the attention and admiration of many revellers when he joined the stage with Symphony Band.<\/p>\n

Before Omah Lay took over the stage, young fast-rising artistes such as Bushali, Kenny K Shot, Ish Kevin and Ariel Ways performed some of the bangers released in the recent months like \u2018Kamwe\u2019 by all stars, and \u2018Ways\u2019, a song that generated one million views within less than a month.<\/p>\n

Backed by Symphony Band, the pioneer of Kinyatrap sub genre Bushali proved that he is one of the best artistes in the country when it comes to rap and trap music.<\/p>\n

From \u2018Tsikizo, to \u2018Kugasima\u2019, Bushali took lead at the show that he would easily be mistaken for the guest artiste.<\/p>\n

During his performance with The Target Band, Davis D also proved that he is still one of the best live performers in Rwanda\u2019s music scene going by his exhilarating performance that many had missed.<\/p>\n

Through songs like ‘Itara,’ ‘Bon,’ ‘Eva’ and ‘Micro,’ Davis D left the stage before many partygoers were ready to let him go.<\/p>\n

Another performer Platini P had revellers turn up to his recently released hits like ‘Veronica,’ ‘Aba Ex,’ ‘Shumelata’ and ‘Atansiyo’ with his dancing crew that added flavour of Congolese music to the stage.<\/p>\n

Celebrated MC Ange Umulisa soonwelcomed Omah Lay at 9: 30 pm, who left a mark on Kigali’s entertainment scene.<\/p>\n

The renowned afro-beat joined the stage performing his recently released song \u2018Free My Mind\u2019, which is making trends globally, and further delivered his best through performing hits such as \u2018Lolo\u2019 that made him a household name in many countries.<\/p>\n

The 24-year-old Nigerian star made sure his fans were engaged, with a number of them, particularly young girls, joining him on stage to dance.<\/p>\n

When he started performing ‘Godly’, a hit that made him a star, the arena went wild, with everyone singing to the song from its first minute until he was off stage.<\/p>\n

Before leaving the stage, Omah lay mentioned that he fell in love with Rwanda and promised his fans to come back very soon.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love you Kigali and I promise to come back soon,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Kigali Fest follows a number of shows like Trapissh concert, Movember Fest and the 10 years anniversary of Bruce Melody, which have thrilled many music lovers since the reopening of events and parties.<\/p>\n

Next weekend Rema, one of the best musicians in Africa, is expected to perform during the All Star game, set to take place at Kigali Arena on November 20.<\/p>\n
