{"id":53288,"date":"2023-09-23T16:33:33","date_gmt":"2023-09-23T16:33:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/rwanda\/all-news\/rwanda-mountain-gorilla-rally-2023-kicks-off"},"modified":"2023-09-23T16:59:22","modified_gmt":"2023-09-23T16:59:22","slug":"rwanda-mountain-gorilla-rally-2023-kicks-off","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/rwanda\/sport\/rwanda-mountain-gorilla-rally-2023-kicks-off","title":{"rendered":"Rwanda Mountain Gorilla Rally 2023 kicks off"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b> Sam Ngendahimana<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Rwanda. <\/strong><\/span>The 2023 Rwanda Mountain Gorilla Rally is finally here as East Africa\u2019s elite drivers and their co-pilots convene in the country for the car racing fiesta.<\/p>\n<p>The 2023 edition of the car race is hosted by the Rwanda Automobile Club, and it is a 348.18 km stretch which has six stages that will run from September 22-24 in Kigali and in Bugesera District.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s edition has attracted 30 drivers including 23 national drivers and seven who are battling for points in the penultimate round of the African Rally Championship.<\/p>\n<p>The Rwanda Mountain Gorilla Rally is a flagship event of Rwanda Motorsport Club.
