The one-of-a-kind service center in Batsinda introduces a disruptive model designed to bring essential banking services closer to the people, further solidifying Equity Bank&#8217;s commitment to providing accessible &amp; inclusive financial services to communities and businesses across Rwanda.<\/p>\n<p>Officials from the bank said they recognize the importance of convenience in today&#8217;s fast-paced world, and that the pioneering service center model stands as a testament to the bank\u2019s dedication to enhance customer experience and foster financial inclusion for all.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs we continue to grow and innovate, we look forward to serving our valued customers and communities across Rwanda, making access to finance attainable for all,&#8221; Hannington Namara, Managing Director of Equity Bank Rwanda said.<\/p>\n<p>The Service Center will offer a comprehensive suite of banking services to new and Equity customers that include:<\/p>\n<p>Account opening<\/p>\n<p>Loan requests<\/p>\n<p>Equity agent services<\/p>\n<p>Card\/Cheque book requests<\/p>\n<p>Money deposits<\/p>\n<p>The service center model, like the Equity agent service network, embodies Equity Bank Rwanda&#8217;s commitment to convenience and inclusivity, ensuring that financial services are readily available to meet the evolving needs of the communities and businesses in Rwanda and across the region.<\/p>\n<p>About Equity Bank Rwanda Plc<\/p>\n<p>Equity Bank Rwanda Plc is a wholly owned subsidiary of Equity Group Holdings Plc and is licensed by the National Bank of Rwanda to provide banking services in Rwanda.<\/p>\n<p>Equity Bank Rwanda ranked third amongst Rwandan banks in terms of reported total assets as at 31 December 2022 and served over 978,000 customers through a network of 18 branches, 3666 agents, 22 ATMs and 1384 merchants.<\/p>\n<p>As at 31 December 2022, Equity Bank Rwanda Plc reported net assets of RWF 66.24 billion and profit after tax of RWF
