Africa-Press – Rwanda. <\/strong><\/span>The Government on December 14 made changes aimed at enhancing policy and support for arts and culture.<\/p>\n

Consequently, the youth ministry was renamed the Ministry of Youth and Arts. The Ministry of National Unity and Civic Engagement will retain the responsibility for the Cultural Heritage portfolio.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe two ministries will collaborate closely to ensure the preservation and development of the cultural and creative industries,\u201d reads a statement signed by Prime Minister Edouard Ngirente.<\/p>\n
