Africa-Press – Rwanda. <\/strong><\/span>Star rider Moi\u0308se Mugisha has joined Java Inovotec from Benediction Kitei Pro, completing the team\u2019s roster for this year’s Tour du Rwanda that takes place from February 18-25.<\/p>\n

Mugisha, 27, becomes the latest and last addition on the Rwandan cycling team set to participate in the annual cycling race, joining former Tour of Rwanda winners Jean Bosco Nsengimana (2015) and Joseph Areruya (2017) who were signed earlier in January.<\/p>\n

“Mugisha Moise, thank you for accepting the offer. Welcome to Java-InovoTec Pro Team 2024 squad. The list is now finally closed,\u201d the club announced on its X account on Sunday, December 7.<\/p>\n

The 2020 Grand Prix Chantal Biya and 2022 Tour du Cameroun winner made history by winning stage eight of Tour du Rwanda 2022, becoming the first Rwandan cyclist to claim a stage since the race was granted 2.1 status by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) in 2019.<\/p>\n

He is definitely one of the top cyclists to watch in the 2024 edition.<\/p>\n
