Africa-Press – Rwanda. <\/strong><\/span>Revelation of Omega Church (ROC), on Friday, January 26, 2024, commissioned Deacons and two pastors to operate new branches opened in Rwamagana, Bugesera districts.<\/p>\n

The expansion is coming up after a revelation from God to the Senior Pastor Liliose K. Tayi of the Revelation of Omega Church (ROC) to expand and spread the word of God to other areas<\/p>\n

The ceremony brought together members of ROC but also guests from different churches totaling 700 participants.<\/p>\n

Those ordained include Angelique Utamuliza, Odette Mujawamariya, as deacon, Antoinette Chandali Kambogo as deacons [subordinate officers in a Christian church], and Jean Louis Bayigamba, as an elder [ an ordained believer who serves a local church] after working as deacon.<\/p>\n

Emmanuel Nsengiyumva, Eddy Musoni and Olivier Ngororabanga were commissioned as lead pastors for Revelation of Omega Church (ROC) in Gatsibo, Rwamagana and Bugesera respectively.<\/p>\n

Speaking after the commissioning service, Senior Pastor Liliose K. Tayi of the Revelation of Omega Church (ROC) used and urged the commissioned Deacons and pastors to willingly spread the word of God by reading 1 Corinthians 4:17 in the Holy Bible which says:\u201d For this reason I am sending you Timothy, who is my beloved and faithful son in the Lord; he will remind you of my ways in Christ [Jesus], just as I teach them everywhere in every church.\u201d<\/p>\n

She said that the Revelation of Omega Church (ROC) keeps expanding to spread the word of God with plans to expand it beyond Rwanda to change the world with the world of God.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are praising God for this great step because we raised our believers who have now grown up and are ordained to become deacons and pastors. The church is expanding and we need them. We, since last year, entered apostolic phase. We might open two more branches before expanding beyond Rwanda. We started the journey in 2001 with youth and they have grown up now becoming deacons and pastors,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Eddy Musoni, the lead pastor commissioned to lead the church branch in Rwamagana district said: \u201cThis is the 11th year with duties in the church. Our senior pastor has prepared enough to become a faithful pastor. I am praising God. The church has a vision and I have to pray for my role to fulfill the vision in preparing believers in Jesus Christ. With Jesus Christ, I will manage my duties as Lead Pastor in Rwamagana.\u201d<\/p>\n

Olivier Ngororabanga, the lead pastor commissioned to lead the church branch in Bugesera district said he believes that powers from God will enable him to change people and help them go the way of Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe were reminded of duties by reading what Paul wrote to Timothy in the Holy Bible. We have to follow the path so that believers are ready for Jesus coming as the church expands,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Jean Louis Bayigamba who was ordained as an Elder added: \u201cI have been in the church for 13 years as Deacon. The faith in us to become an elder is a spiritual motivation from God to continue spreading his word.\u201d<\/p>\n
