Wellars Gasamagera, is spearheading a delegation of party cadres to Djibouti to participate in the Extraordinary Congress commemorating the 45th anniversary of Rassemblement Populaire pour le Progre\u0300s (RPP), the ruling party in Djibouti.<\/p>\n

This significant event underscores the strong ties between Rwanda and Djibouti, as both nations continue to foster excellent bilateral relations.<\/p>\n

The RPP\u2019s Extraordinary Congress presents a platform for political leaders and party members to reflect on the party\u2019s achievements, reaffirm its commitment to serving the people of Djibouti, and chart a course for future development.<\/p>\n
