Africa-Press – Rwanda. <\/strong><\/span>KIYOVU SPORTS midfielder Ishimwe Saleh is convinced that his side has what it takes to win the 2021\/22 Rwanda premier league title. The tireless midfield enforcer maintains that his team have the needed quality and tactical nous to wrestle the title from APR who have been a dominant force in the league for the past three seasons.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am optimistic we can win the title because we have a good team. We also have good technical brains, we are primarily on top now so we have to fight and maintain that position. We are ready to give our fans this trophy.\u201d Ishimwe told Times Sport<\/p>\n

\u201cOn a personal level, I am in the last year of my contract, I have to work harder which is very important for any player who wants a new contract. My teammates and I are going all out.\u201d Ishimwe joined Kiyovu Sports from then second division side Gasogi United in 2018 and has developed into one of the key components of the club.<\/p>\n
