Africa-Press – Rwanda. <\/strong><\/span>Midfielder Rashid Kalisa believes Rayon Sports have what it takes to turn the results around and eliminate Bugesera FC to qualify for their second straight final of the Peace Cup final.<\/p>\n

The Blues trail 1-0 conceded against Francis Haringingo\u2019s Bugesera FC in the first leg held at Kigali Pele Stadium. The pair have 90 more minutes to play at Bugesera Stadium, which will be crucial to deciding who progresses to the final.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s an advantage for Bugesera who will be playing on their home ground and before their home supporters but, despite missing the first leg due to injury, Kalisa remains confident that he and his teammates can overturn the 1-0 deficit and secure a berth in the final.<\/p>\n

“We are confident that we will overturn the 1-0 deficit in the second leg,” he told Times Sport.<\/p>\n

“The first match was a closely fought contest, but the scoreline failed to accurately reflect our performance,” he added.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, it wouldn\u2019t be the first time Bugesera FC have eliminated Rayon Sports from the Peace Cup, as they look to are looking to repeat what they did 11 years ago.<\/p>\n

But, considering that the Peace Cup remain their only hope to play African club football next season, Julien Mette and his players are travelling to Bugesera in full force. They came from behind to beat the relegation-bound side 2-1 on Sunday, and they want to maintain that momentum and repeat that performance on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
