Africa-Press – Rwanda. <\/strong><\/span>Volleyball governing body (FRVB) has announced that the 2024 Liberation volleyball tournament will take place from July 26-28.<\/p>\n

Times Sport understands that the tournament will attract only teams playing in the first division.<\/p>\n

Some 12 teams \u2013 six in each of men\u2019s and women\u2019s categories, confirmed their participation.<\/p>\n

Gisagara, Police, Kepler, APR, Rwanda Energy Group (REG) and Kigali Volleyball Club (KVC) will be contesting for men\u2019s trophy while APR, Ruhango, IPRC-Kigali, RRA, Police and Kepler are vying for the silverware in women category.<\/p>\n

In 2023, APR won the Liberation Cup volleyball tournament title in the men\u2019s category while Police won the women\u2019s tournament.<\/p>\n
