Africa-Press – Rwanda. <\/strong><\/span>President Paul Kagame on Wednesday, August 14, presided over the swearing-in ceremony of newly-elected Members of Parliament.<\/p>\n

The same occasion also saw the swearing-in of Prime Minister Edouard Ngirente.<\/p>\n

The event that took place at the Parliamentary Buildings in Kigali, was attended by senior government officials, members of diplomatic corps, security officials and family members of the new officials who took oath of office.<\/p>\n

While addressing new MPs, Kagame Kagame urged the new legislators to prioritize people’s issues and tasked them to work towards eradication of disordery in faith-based organisations.<\/p>\n
