Africa-Press – Rwanda. <\/strong><\/span>A host of leagues in lower divisions are going on despite the international break and Rwandan players who were not selected for national team duty continued action with their respective teams over the weekend.<\/p>\n

Youngster Doyle Kamari, Louange Muhire as well as experienced centre forward Quentin Rushenguziminega were all on the score sheet in their respective leagues in England, Belgium and Switzerland.<\/p>\n

Striker Arthur Gitego also won his first trophy in Mozambique as his team Club Ferroviario da Beira beat FC Beira 6-5 in the final of the “Super Taca” (Provincial Super Cup) on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Times Sport brings to you a wrap up of how Rwandan players plying their trade abroad performed over the weekend.<\/p>\n

England<\/p>\n

In the League 1, offensive midfielder Doyle Kamari scored the only goal of the match at the Broadfield Stadium on Saturday, as Crawley Town beat Bristol Rovers 1-0.<\/p>\n

The 19-year-old, who is on loan from Brighton & Hove Albion, has been capped by England twice at U20 level but is still eligible to play for Rwanda through his father.<\/p>\n

Switzerland<\/p>\n

Winger Johan Marvin Kury was introduced in the 78th minute as his team SR Delemont thrashed FC Bavois 3-1 on Sunday in the Swiss third tier league.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, veteran striker Quentin Rushenguziminega came back from suspension for accumulated yellow cards to score the opening goal in the 28th minute for FC Echallens who beat Monthey 3-1 in the Swiss fourth league on Saturday. It was his 10th league game in 16 games this season.<\/p>\n

In the same division, defensive midfielder Espoir Niyo Nsanzineza lasted a full 90 minutes for FC Freienbach who beat AC Taverne 2-0 on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Belgium<\/p>\n

Winger Louange Muhire scored inside four minutes for KVK Ninove but a hat trick from Dessel Sport striker Yacine Bentayeb condemned them to a 4-2 defeat in the Belgian third tier league on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Centre back Jeremie Mugabo played full throttle for Royal Union Namur who lost 2-0 to Zebra Elites.<\/p>\n

One-time Amavubi invitee Glen Habimana was also in action for Royale Hutoise who beat RFC Seraing U23 2-0 on Saturday.<\/p>\n

France<\/p>\n

Centre back Bryan Ngwabije lasted 90 minutes for Blois Foot 41 who beat Girondins de Bordeaux 1-0 in the French fourth tier league on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Mozambique<\/p>\n

Striker Arthur Gitego played full 90 minutes for Club Ferraviaro de Beira who beat FC Beira 6-5 on penalties to win the Provincial Super Cup. Regulation time ended 0-0.<\/p>\n
