Africa-Press – Senegal. Derklé basketball leisure club (DBALOC), AS Ville de Dakar, Jeanne d’Arc and the DUC obtained their qualification for the semi-finals of the Women’s Basketball League Cup on Wednesday.
Derklé basketball leisure club (DBALOC) beat ISEG 51-29. Jeanne d’Arc dominated ASFO with a 20-point difference (57-37). As Ville de Dakar (ASVD) easily won ahead of Bopp (64-19). The DUC won the Jaraaf with a score of 61 to 37.
The women’s basketball competitions continue on Thursday with the quarter-finals of the 48th edition of the Saint-Michel Cup.
They will pit AS Douanes against Mbour basket club (MBC) at 3 p.m. The match will be followed by the match between US Ouakam and Bopp at 4:30 p.m. The defending champion Joan of Arc will face the UCST Port of Dakar at 6:10 p.m.
The last match of the day will pit AS Ville de Dakar against the Duke at 8:00 p.m.
