Le député Guy Marius Sagna, du groupe Yewwi Askan Wi (opposition), déclare, dans un courrier transmis à l’APS, avoir adressé au gouvernement six questions écrites relatives, entre autres sujets, au ‘’blocus […] imposé à Ziguinchor’’, aux cours en ligne à dispenser par l’université Cheikh-Anta-Diop de Dakar et au sort de trois étudiants placés en détention.
« I challenged the government […] through six written questions », says Mr. Sagna, listing, among his questions for ministers, those relating to « salary arrears owed by the State to young people in the program Xëyu ndaw ñi », to the workers of the SN HLM to whom « the State owes plots and money », and to the law on social orientation.
Transport carried out by sea and by means of the buses of the national company Dakar Dem Dikk between Ziguinchor (south) and Dakar has been “suspended” for “several days”, wrote the opponent, asking the ministers concerned the reasons for these « measures ». “When will the return to normal?” he asks.
The MP believes that students at Cheikh-Anta-Diop University in Dakar do not have all the tools necessary to follow distance learning.
Guy Marius Sagna asks several questions on this subject, after the authorities of the said university decided to resort to distance education, ransacks recently committed in several faculties preventing the conduct of face-to-face courses.
De même demande-t-il au gouvernement quelles mesures ont été prises pour ‘’une solution définitive’’ aux ‘’problèmes’’ concernant des ‘’dizaines’’ de personnes auxquelles l’Etat doit, selon lui, des parcelles et/ou de l’argent, à Thiès (ouest).
M. Sagna interroge aussi le gouvernement sur le sort des étudiants Yaya Bodian, Lamine Dabo et Daniel Tapha Diatta, ‘’accusés d’avoir participé aux saccages d’infrastructures’’ de l’université Cheikh-Anta-Diop.
He asks the ministers concerned if it is « true that the State still owes two months of salary arrears to 3,000 young people from the Xëyu ndaw ñi program assigned to the Ministry of the Environment ».
The parliamentarian seeks « the cause of these arrears » and wants to know what measures have been taken for « definitive solutions to this problem ».
Il pose aussi au gouvernement la question de savoir quand sera publié le décret d’application de l’article 29 de la loi d’orientation sociale, qui fixe un pourcentage d’emplois destinés aux personnes vivant avec un handicap et titulaires de diplômes autorisant leur accès à la fonction publique.
