The coalition bringing together the ruling party and its allies assured its candidate of this commitment, in a motion signed by its leaders and made public following the appointment of Mr. Ba, Prime Minister since September 17, 2022.

« We have decided to nominate Mr. Amadou Ba for the presidential election on February 25, 2024.
