Africa-Press – Senegal. ASC Ville de Dakar retains its title of Senegal basketball champion for girls, beating Jeanne d’Arc de Dakar on Saturday in the second leg of the play-offs by 60 points to 36 , at the Marius Ndiaye stadium.

The basketball players from ASC Ville de Dakar showed, from the start of the match, their supremacy over their opponents. They already led by 11 points in the first period (24-13).
With experience and determination, captain Couna Ndao’s teammates will definitely widen the gap in the third quarter (43-21).
They will remain solid and focused throughout the rest of the match to finally win with a lead of 24 points (60-36).
ASC Ville de Dakar thus wins its fourth title, including three successively, after those of 2019, 2021 and 2022.
Ndeye Maty Mbaye of ASC Ville de Dakar was named best scorer of the match with 18 points and best player of the National Championship of this edition.
